Rules to be followed

Wearing uniforms is compulsory during class for all dance students.
Parents are requested to transfer the fee amount via online/in Cash by
the second week of that month.
We encourage all our students to take part in our recitals as performing is crucial for their development.
Yearly examination /assessment will be conducted and an exam Fee of $25 will be collected annually when conducted. The certificate will be issued.
Students are advised to attend all classes regularly. In the event that the teacher is absent he/She will arrange for replacement classes.
If students are not able to attend any classes in a month, they should inform in advance so that teacher can make arrangements to try to replace the missed class within the month. No reduction of the Fee amount will be allowed for students who are absent for any period of time. Please note that replacement of classes is allowed only for any 2 classes within the month.
The academy reserves the right to change all course fees periodically and will not bare any liabilities for loss of property.
Please check that your contact details given are accurate in order to stay up to date.
Please avoid bringing toys and other distractions from home.
Parents/guardians are not allowed to stay inside the premises during class hours due to constraining in space.
Practice video/ audio will be sent after each lesson and parents can also check with the teacher regarding their child’s progress. Students will be awarded based on:
1. 100% attendance.
2. High score students In examinations.Top 3 students based on their overall performance that includes preparation, commitment to memorization, motivation, discipline, concentration, quality of interaction, and overall improvement.
Extra classes will be conducted on the occasion of any event/program. (No extra charges will be collected).
Annual day celebrations will require a minimum contribution from each student.
